Is the live map really free?
Yes — the map, every feed layer and all city pages are free with no account. You only need an account to save watch areas and receive alerts; the free plan covers 4 areas with a daily digest email.
How do I cancel Pro?
Any time, from your account page — the Stripe billing portal handles cancellations, plan switches and receipts. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial that never asks for a card — do nothing and it simply ends. Paid plans: cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period; your watch areas stay saved on the free plan.
How do I get an API key?
Sign in and open Account → API keys — a free key is created instantly, no sales call needed. Upgrading it to Developer ($99/mo) or Pro ($499/mo) is a self-serve Stripe checkout on the same page, and the key keeps working at the free tier if you cancel.
